Finding somewhere to live is, of course, a crucial part of the relocation process. My general advice is to always rent before purchasing a property. And before you start looking for a rental, you should definitely spend time finding the perfect location. Portugal is a very diverse country, with many factors to consider. Rental search service:
1. Finding the best option for YOU. Our search starts with a phone or video interview to get to know you and your wishes. If you haven’t decided yet which area in Portugal matches your lifestyle and needs, you should consider starting with a guided scouting before we look for a rental. 2. Searching! We will spend up to 12 working hours actively searching for a rental and will handle the signing of the documents. This includes both public channels and personal contacts in our large network to find all the best options. We will maybe also ask you for permission to put out a post on social media about our search, as we know it could be very helpful.
3. Found it! As soon as we have found a good option, we will send you all the information. If you want us to visit the accommodation, film it, and ensure everything is in order, we will charge you a fee, depending on its location, to cover our costs. If there are enough hours remaining from the original 12 hours, only the travel cost will be charged.
4. Negotiation and paperwork. We will handle the negotiations with the landlord and ensure you receive a signed legal contract. For this part, we have all the necessary competence at a trusted law firm that works closely with Wow Guide Portugal. All communication will be completely transparent, and you, as a client, are in charge of the process. Wow Guide Portugal or collaboration partners will not have any legal responsibility for the agreement. We are just your helping hand.
